Join our client’s wellness startup, which is on a mission to harmonize nature’s power with everyday wellness. They are on the lookout for a skilled UI/UX Designer specializing in landing page design and optimization to join their team. This role is crucial for enhancing their demand generation efforts through compelling, user-friendly landing page design and strategic A/B testing.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in UI/UX design, specifically with experience using Shopify Direct to consumer stores in the Health and Wellness sector. This role is a perfect fit for someone passionate about design, usability, and driving conversion through effective design strategies.

Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 10 AM – 6 PM EST

Key Responsibilities:

  • Landing Page Design and Optimization: Develop and design high-converting product and collections, special offer home page layout, aligning with the company’s brand and marketing goals.
  • A/B Testing: Plan and execute A/B tests to optimize user experience and conversion rates, using data-driven insights to inform design decisions.
  • User Experience Strategy: Employ UX principles to ensure landing pages provide a seamless, intuitive user journey.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align design strategies with broader demand generation goals.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly review landing page performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.

  • Effective Design Strategy: Creation of visually appealing and highly functional landing pages that significantly contribute to demand generation efforts.
  • Optimized Conversion Rates: Through rigorous A/B testing and design innovation, driving improved conversion rates and user engagement.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a specific focus on DTC brands in the health and wellness sector.
  • Demonstrated experience with no-code website builders and a strong understanding of the principles of design and user experience.
  • Proven track record of creating visually appealing designs that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Experience in conducting A/B testing and using data analytics to inform design decisions.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions clearly.
  • Independent, proactive, and adaptable, with a startup mentality and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
