Job Description
- We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Technical Team Lead / Project Manager to oversee the development of ClaadMe.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing software development projects, leading teams, and ensuring successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the development team to build and maintain the ClaadMe platform.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and communication.
- Ensure that all technical aspects of the project align with the overall business objectives.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Team Lead or Project Manager in a software development environment.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus.
- Bachelor’s Degree with 2 – 10 years experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in the fashion industry.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and related tools.
Salary
N150,000 – N400,000 monthly
