Job Title: Guest Relation Supervisor

Location: Ojodu-Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Supervise all check-in and check-out tasks
  • Manage online and phone reservations
  • Inform customers about payment methods
  • Supervise the registration ofguestswhich includes the collection of necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)
  • Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
  • Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
  • Respond to clients’ complaints at the Frontdesk or the Restaurant in a timely and professional manner
  • Supervise good relationships with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy, and fully furnished to accommodate guests’ needs
  • Ensure thatupdated records of bookings and payments are maintained
  • Supervise restaurant operations to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience.
  • A Guest Relation Supervisor will also be required to manage, train, and develop team members and work within all budgeted guidelines.
  • Supervise Restaurant operations.
  • Maintain exceptional levels of customer service.
  • Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Drive sales to maximize budgeted revenue.
  • Develop menus with other members of Food and Beverage team.
  • Accountable for monthly stock
  • Set departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures.
  • Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Ensure communication meetings are conducted and post-meeting minutes are generated.
  • Be environmentally aware.
  • Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships.

Qualifications

  • Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with at least 2 years experience.
  • Candidates should possess a minimum of BSC/ HND qualification.
  • Candidates should reside within Ojodu, Ikeja, Agege, Ogba axis

Salary
N840,000 – N1,200,000 annually
