Job Description

  • As the Social Media Marketer for Kwikhomework, you will lead our brand presence on Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter – crucial platforms for engaging our audience and driving leads.
  • Your role will involve crafting compelling content, implementing strategic campaigns, and fostering meaningful interactions to promote our unique services.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a focused social media strategy tailored for Instagram and Twitter, aligning with Kwikhomework’s objectives and audience.
  • Create visually appealing and engaging content for Instagram posts, stories, and reels, as well as engaging tweets and threads on Twitter.
  • Manage the day-to-day operation of Kwikhomework’s Instagram and Twitter accounts, including content creation, scheduling, posting, and community engagement.
  • Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and conversations relevant to our industry and audience, leveraging insights to inform content creation and engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure social media efforts are integrated with broader marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Utilize social media analytics tools to track key performance metrics, analyze the effectiveness of campaigns, and identify areas for optimization.
  • Cultivate relationships with influencers, partners, and industry stakeholders on Instagram and Twitter to amplify our brand reach and engagement.
  • Stay informed about platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging trends in social media marketing, adapting strategies accordingly to maximize results.
  • Experience in identifying and collaborating with micro influencers within the travel abroad and educational tourism sector, with a demonstrated ability to foster meaningful partnerships and drive brand awareness and engagement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Marketer or similar role, with a focus on Instagram, Tiktok & Twitter, ideally within a startup environment.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram and Twitter platforms, trends, and best practices for content creation, engagement, and growth.
  • Proficiency in social media analytics tools such as Instagram Insights and Twitter Analytics.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content tailored to each platform’s audience and format.
  • Creative thinking and a keen eye for visual storytelling, particularly for Instagram content.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive and adaptable approach.
  • Passion for education and a genuine interest in helping students succeed academically.

Salary

  • N50,000 – N80,000 monthly.
