Job Description
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects and ensure that all work is completed according to project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- The Site Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating daily operations on-site, managing subcontractors and laborers, and ensuring the project progresses smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations on the construction site, ensuring work is performed according to plans and specifications.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of subcontractors and site workers.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor project timelines and schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, including progress reports and daily logs.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure that materials and equipment are available and used efficiently.
- Enforce adherence to all health and safety protocols on the site.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in construction management or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various job sites as needed.
- Certification in site supervision or safety management is a plus.
Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 Monthly.
