Job Summary
- We are looking for a resourceful and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and generating leads, developing strategic partnerships, building relationships with potential clients, and closing high-value sales deals.
- As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and profitability goals.
- Prospect and qualify new leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ activities.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, pipeline activity, and market trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of success in sales roles, preferably in the copper industry or a related field (minimum of 2 years).
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, best practices, and market dynamics.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (a plus).
- Experience in international trade (a plus).
- Fluency in English and additional languages (a plus).
- Must be a self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally (as needed).
