- As a Sales Executive, You will be crucial in driving sales, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Your passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and ability to understand customer needs will contribute to the success of our sales efforts.
- Research current market trends and customer preferences in the real estate industry.
- Developing and executing sales strategies aligned with business objectives and property listings.
- Creating and managing original text and visual content to showcase properties, and engaging with potential buyers and sellers.
- Maintaining a consistent company image to meet sales goals and enhance property listings.
- Establishing specific sales targets and providing reports on performance and achievements.
- Generating, editing, and sharing compelling property listings daily across various platforms.
- Monitoring market conditions and property metrics to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborating with other teams, such as marketing, property management, and finance, to ensure consistency in branding and messaging.
- Engaging with potential clients, addressing inquiries promptly, and managing client relationships.
- Driving property inquiries and sales through effectively implementing sales strategies and meeting sales targets.
- Overseeing the design of property listings and marketing materials.
- Proposing and implementing new features to enhance property visibility and attract buyers and sellers.
Remuneration
- Salary: N300,000 monthly gross
- Accomodation Is Available.
