Job Title: Web Developer
Employment Type: Part-Time
Salary: $1,250 per month
Role Summary:
In need of a full stack web developer with experience in Adobe products and integrations to consult, maintain and support our new company website. This position will be remote, hourly and will be as needed (approximately 5-10 hours/week) unless otherwise outlined as necessary in future projects.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Support
- Addressing and resolving minor bugs as reported by content authors or detected through logs monitoring or sanity test.
- Regular monitoring of any upgrade and patches from Adobe, including minor version upgrades, and conducting prompt sanity checks across websites to ensure smooth functioning.
- Monitoring Elastic Search to prevent disruptions in search functionality. Notably, we experienced an incident where a server node within a cluster was failed, impacting the entire search feature.
- Continuous monitoring of Adobe Server Logs and alerts to identify and address potential issues.
- Managing new website redirects and monitoring for 404 errors to enhance user navigation and experience.
- Conducting content synchronization once a month (subjective to how frequently content creation), typically transferring content from the production environment to staging and development environments for testing and validation.
- Maintenance of web code in GIT repository
- Technical support for Cookie Consent Integrations – OneTrust
- Technical support for placement of cookies on website
- Content Support
- Assisting content creation with page replication and any other support required, including permission adjustments.
- Facilitating access for content authors and assigning them to appropriate user security groups.
- Ability to customize/update content fragments and templates to meet digital marketing needs.
- Understanding of backend SEO fundamentals and development
- Customer Journey Analytics
- Data accuracy (AEP) –Regularly monitor data collection processes to ensure accuracy and completeness of data being ingested into AEP.
- Implement data validation checks and audits to identify and address any discrepancies or missing data.
- Data visualization and analysis (CJA) – continuously analyze and visualize data in CJA to gain insights into customer behavior and journey patterns. Refine and optimize customer journey analyses based on evolving business objectives and KPIs.
- In case of any new requirement, update event tracking configurations to capture relevant interactions and events on your website (and Adobe Launch).
- Data accuracy (AEP) –Regularly monitor data collection processes to ensure accuracy and completeness of data being ingested into AEP.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in web development.
- Experience with Adobe products and integrations
