Job Title: Personal Assistant

Location: Lagos

Position Overview

  • We are seeking an exceptional Personal Assistant to provide proactive and organized administrative and personal support to our CEO.
  • The ideal candidate will be adept at managing a wide range of tasks and responsibilities with precision and efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the CEO’s calendar, ensuring seamless scheduling of appointments and meetings.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
  • Organize and maintain electronic files, ensuring easy accessibility for the CEO.
  • Act as the primary contact for individuals attempting to reach the CEO.
  • Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, emails, reports, and other documents on behalf of the CEO.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Exercise sound judgment in decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Undertake any additional responsibilities assigned by the CEO.

Skills and Competencies Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Enthusiastic, imaginative, energetic and creative approach with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
  • Uphold discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • A resourceful team-player capable of working independently.
  • Demonstrated success in multicultural environments.

  • The Personal Assistant will be capable of multi-tasking, rapid decision making, have initiative, drive as well as high emotional intelligence.
  • Successful MDF team members have a strong commitment to teamwork and accountability, thrive in evolving and challenging environments, and make effective written and verbal communication a priority.
