- Internal SOPs Creation: Develop, document, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline internal processes and ensure project consistency.
- Client-Facing: Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing project updates, and fostering strong client relationships.
- Process Development: Create and implement efficient and effective processes to optimize project workflows and enhance productivity.
- Project Management: Oversee project lifecycles, from initiation to closure, ensuring that projects are completed on time within scope and budget.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of project management experience with a strong, successful project delivery track record.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software.
- Proven ability to create and implement efficient processes that improve workflow and productivity.
- Strong client-facing skills, with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Adaptable and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Availability to work EST hours is required
