The story started in 1988, with the opening of a small supermarket store measuring 120 m2 in Lagos under the Park ’n’ Shop banner. Today, its business spreads from retail to real estate, shopping malls and manufacturing, rightly gaining popularity as Artee Group.

Job Title: OOH Coordinator

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management:

  • Develop and implement OOH advertising strategies to support marketing objectives.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and media partners to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of OOH campaigns, making adjustments as needed to maximize impact.

Budget Management:

  • Manage the OOH advertising budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Track expenditures and provide regular financial reports to the Marketing Manager.

Site Selection and Negotiation:

  • Identify and secure optimal locations for OOH advertising.
  • Negotiate contracts and rates with media owners and vendors to achieve the best possible value.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure all OOH advertisements comply with regulatory standards and company guidelines.
  • Conduct regular site visits to verify the quality and accuracy of installations.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to align OOH campaigns with overall marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate with the creative team to develop compelling advertising materials.

Requirements and Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in OOH advertising, media planning, or a similar role within the retail industry.
  • Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • High attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative advertising solutions.

Salary Range
N300,000 – N400,000 / month.
