Job Title: Office Messenger

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We are looking for a conscientious and effective office messenger who will assist the administrative officer in carrying out clerical function in the organization.

Job Responsibilities

  • Follow up on your schedules and ensuring that each parcel is delivered promptly.
  • Fetching, checking, and signing for parcels at their respective collection points.
  • Taking special care to IT gadgets in the store and making sure every gadgets is turned off after use.
  • Devising and choosing the most effective routes.
  • Transporting items to drop-off points.
  • Answering recipients questions about the delivery process.
  • Ensuring that both yourself and the recipient sign all relevant documentation upon delivery.
  • Checking to see that you have completed all work allocated for the day.
  • Remaining friendly and helpful as you conduct your duties.

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND in any discipline
  • Working experience in the above position will be a needed advantage
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Ability to be discreet
  • Good interpersonal verbal and written communication skills

Salary
N65,000 – N90,000 monthly
