Job Summary

  • We are looking for a vibrant sales executive who has media (outdoor Advertising) experience and willing to gain more industry experience in outdoor advertising.
  • He or she acts as a liaison between clients seeking advertising opportunities and our companies offering media platforms.
  • He or She must be able to increase revenue by bringing more clients and managing them.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote billboard advertising.
  • Work with the Account Managers to identify and cultivate new business opportunities through various channels.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Track and report sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
  • Collaborate with the account managers to optimize marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities and client needs.
  • Have in depth knowledge of the company’s service and know how to communicate to clients effectively.
  • Assist the account managers to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional advertising services or locations to existing clients.
  • Carry out all sales activities through all sale channels efficiently.
  • Recognize the unique demands of each client and provide them with profoundly effective service.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activity in CRM.

Parameters to Measure Performance

  • Number of new leads.
  • Number of new prospects.
  • Number of complaints from clients.
  • Number of successful closed sales.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of B.Sc. or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Communications or a related field.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of media sales, advertising or marketing experience.
  • Proven track record of sales success and exceeding target.
  • Professional training in out-door marketing
  • Must have good knowledge of the industry.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Ability to develop and cultivate new leads through cold calling, prospecting, proposals, etc.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to maintain client relationships.
  • Creativity in sales techniques like storytelling to attract new clients.
  • Resilience to handle rejections and resolve issues as they arise
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office and digital media platforms.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
  • Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events.

Salary
N200,000 Monthly.
