Job Title: Mechanic Supervisor – Manager
Location: Calabar, Cross River
Employment Type: Full-time
Minimum Requirements
- First Degree (First Class or Second-Class Upper Division) in Mechanical Engineering
- 3 to 4 years relevant experience in the same roles (Workshop Supervisor) in FMCG, Retails and more importantly in Logistics Companies is essential.
- Experience in the use of Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Powerpoint) is essential to this role.
- Must be residing in Calabar or ready to relocate to Calabar.
Required Skills:
- Good Communication Skills (both in writing and verbal communication)
- Ability to assist the workshop Manager in ensuring Preventive Maintenance of Trucks (HOWO Trucks, Man Diesel Trucks and Mack Trucks)
- Robust Leadership quality
- Ability to manage a team of Mechanics and Auto-Technician and Vulcanizer
- Good Safety Awareness
- Good inventory management
- Ability to manage team with little or no supervision.
Salary
N200,000 – N300,000 monthly.
