Job Description

  • We are looking to hire a Marketing Communications Manager who will play a crucial role in shaping and executing online/offline marketing campaigns that resonate with the Nigerian target audience and contribute to the overall success of our brand.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition through both offline and online channels
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement innovative campaigns, promotions, and events.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Manage the planning and execution of digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email campaigns, and online/offline advertising.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing efforts and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Work closely with creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all channels.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including affiliates, partners, and influencers and agents
  • Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging trends, and regulatory changes to inform marketing strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in marketing within the sports betting or online gaming industry.
  • Strong understanding of sports betting trends, customer preferences, and market dynamics.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Salary
N400,000 – N500,000 Monthly.
