Job Title: Head of Sales
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Represent the company and its values with excellence and innovation to customers, partners, and stakeholders through engaging and compelling communication, following the company’s code of conduct and policies.
- Oversee the development and management of internal sales operations and processes to ensure alignment with sales strategies and goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, partners, and stakeholders to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty, providing feedback and support, and recognizing and rewarding achievements.
- Provide the strategic leadership, team spirit and the drive to ensure achievement of company objectives.
- Manage sales team by recruiting, training and coaching sales representative to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Developing and implementing sales plans and campaigns using digital marketing platforms such as social media, emails, webinars, etc.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of sales management experience in the real estate industry.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing platforms and tools will be an added advantage
- Demonstrate track record of achievement of performance management improvement and
- delivery at a senior management level.
- Strong knowledge of the real estate market and trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Positive, proactive, and customer-oriented attitude.
Remuneration
N500,000 + 10% commission on land and 5% commission on building
