Job Title: Head, HR Consulting

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire operations of the Recruitment Unit.
  • Develop and Implement strategies for effective recruitment that will ensure that clients has the required skills to meet current and future needs.
  • Ensure that all processes and timelines are adhered to, in order to meet clients’ needs and demands.
  • Continually provide top-class talent to clients.
  • Prepare and control the quality of job advert draft (externally/internally).
  • Plan and organize recruitment campaigns (online/offline) and set up talent data base and recruitment channel system.
  • Sourcing and engaging with candidates locally and globally on a proactive, external succession pipeline basis.

Requirements

  • Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in related fields with 3 – 5 years work experience.
