Description

As a Finance Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and contributing to strategic decision-making. Responsibilities
Financial Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Monitor cash flow, manage accounts payable and receivable, and ensure timely payments.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Financial Analysis:

  • Conduct financial analysis, interpret data, and provide insights to support informed decision-making.
  • Evaluate investment opportunities, assess risk, and recommend optimal financial solutions.
  • Prepare financial models and forecasts to guide business planning.

Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards.
  • Prepare accurate financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
  • Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors.

Strategic Planning:

  • Assist in developing long-term financial plans and growth strategies.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue enhancement initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor performance.

Risk Management:

  • Monitor financial risks and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain internal controls and safeguard company assets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and HR.
  • Present financial reports and insights to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with banks, investors, and other financial partners.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Finance Executive, preferably in the banking, capital markets, or insurance industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.

Salary
N180,000 – N200,000 monthly.
