BURNETTE, DOBSON & PINCHAK Law Firm is seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide excellent administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). As the Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the CEO’s office, handling a wide range of administrative tasks and managing confidential information. Responsibilities

- Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Organize and prioritize inbound and outbound communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents
- Make travel arrangements and prepare itineraries
- Coordinate and assist with event planning and logistics
- Manage the CEO’s expenses and reimbursements
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Perform general office administrative tasks, including filing, copying, and ordering supplies
- Assist with special projects and ad-hoc requests as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, executive assistance, or a related field
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in using productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Professional demeanour and ability to interact with individuals at all levels
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
