Job Title: Executive Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Manage the executive’s calendar, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Arrange travel plans, itineraries, and accommodations for the executive.
  • Serve as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments and with external partners.

Requirements

  • OND in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Salary
N100,000 monthly.
