Job Summary
- Your role will focus on promoting and selling Brass’ products.
- You will establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Introduce viable and profitable businesses to Brass by offering Brass’ payment solutions to prospective clients.
- Cross-sell all Brass products to merchants/customers.
- Provide value-adding service and an excellent customer experience to clients of the organization
About You
- You have a strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- You are customer focused and adaptable to different personality types.
- You have an ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
- You have the ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
- You are empathetic and patient.
- You have a track record of surpassing expectations
- A previous experience in a customer support role is an advantage
Monthly Remuneration
- Salary: N150,000
- Airtime and Transport allowance: N50,000
