Description
- We are seeking a creative and driven Digital Marketer to join our team organization which specializes in boosting traffic to online platforms. The ideal candidate must have a passion for digital marketing strategies, social media management and a knack for identifying and implementing innovative techniques to increase engagement on all platforms.
Responsibilities
As a digital marketer, your responsibility includes:
- Developing and executing digital marketing campaigns aimed at increasing website traffic, user engagement, and conversion rates.
- Utilizing a combination of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and other digital channels to drive traffic to our online platforms.
- Facilitating online and offline marketing presentations to prospects.
- Monitoring and analyzing website traffic metrics using tools like Google Analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Managing and coordinating a community of users, team members and prospects.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, search engine algorithms, and online consumer behavior and optimizing in the best interests of the organization.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of digital marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
- Generating regular reports and present insights and recommendations to management to inform decision-making and optimize marketing strategies.
- Continuously evaluating and refining digital marketing strategies based on performance metrics, industry trends, and competitive analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in digital marketing, social media and community management
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media advertising platforms and email marketing software, etc.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to extract actionable insights and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for experimenting with new ideas and strategies.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics certification, HubSpot certification) are a plus.
Salary
N100,000 monthly.
