Job Overview and Duties

• Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Operations Officer (COO) to oversee the operations of their air ticketing company and water factory.
• The COO will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, driving strategic initiatives, and enhancing efficiency across both businesses.
• This role requires a leader with a strong operational background, exceptional management skills, and the ability to navigate the complexities of two distinct industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company’s vision and goals.
• Oversee the execution of business plans for both the air ticketing company and the water factory.
• Provide strategic support and guidance to the Chief Executive as the second-in-command.
• Foster a high-performing and collaborative work environment.
• Manage budgets effectively and implement cost-control measures to ensure financial sustainability.
• Oversee the end-to-end ticketing process, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
• Manage relationships with airlines, travel agents, and other stakeholders.
• Lead the development and implementation of efficient processes and systems to streamline operations and maximize efficiency.
• Manage financial resources, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and industry partners.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management.
• Proven experience in the air ticketing/travel industry and/or water manufacturing sector.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary
N300,000 – N350,000 Monthly.
