Responsibilities

  • Developing strategic plans for business growth and expansion.
  • Forecasting sales targets based on market analysis and trends.
  • Providing training to colleagues in both the business development and sales departments.
  • Utilizing various methods to identify potential opportunities within the market.
  • Building strong rapport with current clients while cultivating relationships with new ones by providing exceptional service that meets their needs.
  • Collaborating with team members to devise effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Creating financial forecasts and setting achievable sales goals.
  • Participating in industry events, trade shows, or conferences.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields.
  • 2 – 4 years work experience.
  • Extensive understanding of customer needs and market trends.
  • Female Preferable
  • A proven track record of successful sales growth in previous roles.
  • Ability to develop and implement an effective sales strategy to expand our client base and increase revenue.
  • Good organizational and team management skills.
  • Ability to mentor and train the sales team to improve their performance.
  • Excellent business communication skills and presentation abilities.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and sales processes.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, Tableau, and Power BI.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop new business opportunities.

Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 monthly.
