Responsibilities
- Developing strategic plans for business growth and expansion.
- Forecasting sales targets based on market analysis and trends.
- Providing training to colleagues in both the business development and sales departments.
- Utilizing various methods to identify potential opportunities within the market.
- Building strong rapport with current clients while cultivating relationships with new ones by providing exceptional service that meets their needs.
- Collaborating with team members to devise effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Creating financial forecasts and setting achievable sales goals.
- Participating in industry events, trade shows, or conferences.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields.
- 2 – 4 years work experience.
- Extensive understanding of customer needs and market trends.
- Female Preferable
- A proven track record of successful sales growth in previous roles.
- Ability to develop and implement an effective sales strategy to expand our client base and increase revenue.
- Good organizational and team management skills.
- Ability to mentor and train the sales team to improve their performance.
- Excellent business communication skills and presentation abilities.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and sales processes.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, Tableau, and Power BI.
- Demonstrated ability to develop new business opportunities.
Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 monthly.
