Key Responsibilities:
- Create visually stunning and engaging content for social media platforms, including static posts, reels, carousels, and hiring ads.
- Develop graphics and visuals that align with our brand guidelines and effectively communicate our messaging.
- Conceptualize and design infographics, mockups, and other multimedia assets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create internal communication graphics for work anniversary posts, birthday celebrations, promotions, and more.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure our visuals remain fresh and relevant.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative abilities.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and other design software/tools.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and quickly learn new concepts.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of social media platforms and how visuals perform on each platform.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to brand guidelines.
Nice to Have:
- Ability to create content based on creative briefs, demonstrating a self-starter mentality.
- Experience with tools such as Veed, Social Champ, and Descript.
- A Behance portfolio highlighting your past work and creative projects.
