Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Developer / Marketer to identify new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and implement effective marketing strategies.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the retail industry and a proven track record of driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company’s market presence.
- Develop and implement business growth strategies to achieve sales targets and increase revenue.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Marketing:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the company’s products and services.
- Create and manage content for digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and website.
- Analyze marketing performance and provide insights to improve future campaigns.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
Strategy and Planning:
- Assist in the development of the overall business strategy and marketing plan.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
- Provide regular reports on business development and marketing performance to the management team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the retail industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving business goals.
