Job Title: Female Marketing Officer

Scope

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and understanding of client needs.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Actively engage in prospecting, lead generation, and cold calling to secure new clients.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and stay informed about industry trends.
  • Present and demonstrate our products/services to prospective clients, highlighting key benefits and value propositions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure consistent messaging and effective coordination in the sales process.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
  • Keep abreast of competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to make informed sales strategies.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build a strong professional network.
  • Continuously update and maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and provide valuable insights to enhance the overall effectiveness of the sales team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience in marketing communication or related roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content tailored to various platforms and audiences.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, content management systems (CMS), and social media platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with Google Analytics or similar analytics tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Creative mindset and the ability to think strategically while executing tactical initiatives.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools and software is a plus.
