Requirements
- A Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is often preferred.
- Should have excperience in property sales.
- Proven ability to drive profitability through effective sales strategies and cost management.
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, including current trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape.
- Strong network of contacts within the real estate industry.
- Demonstrated results in meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
- Ability to set and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team.
- Ability to recruit, train, and mentor a sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans for sales growth.
- Strong analytical skills to assess sales data, market trends, and performance metrics.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and addressing client concerns promptly.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques to enhance sales efforts.
Salary
N300,000 Monthly.
