Job Title: Mechanic Workshop Manager
Location: Oghara, Delta

Job Description
- Supervise and coordinate all workshop activities, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
- Ensure all vehicles and machinery are maintained to the highest standards.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of mechanics and technicians.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.
- Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment.
- Ensure timely ordering and availability of necessary parts and supplies.
- Ensure all repair and maintenance work meets company and industry standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of workshop processes.
- Implement and enforce health and safety policies in the workshop.
- Conduct safety training for staff and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.
- Prepare regular reports on workshop activities and performance
Requirements
- First Degree (First Class or Second-Class Upper Division) in Mechanical Engineering
- M.Eng in Mechanical Engineering is an added advantage.
- Membership of COREN, NSE or Nigeria Institute of Mechanical Engineer is a must.
- 5 years relevant experience in Oil and Gas/Oil and Gas Logistics is a must.
Salary
N300,000 – N450,000 / Month.
