Job Title: Reservation Agent
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Track future room availability based on reservations, and help develop forecasts for room revenue and occupancy.
- Maintain a clean and neat appearance and work area at all times.
- Promote goodwill by being courteous, friendly, and helpful to guests, managers, and fellow employees.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 3+Years experience as a Reservation Agent.
- The Ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in any related discipline.
- Excellent people and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of various hotel related systems and scheduling system
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to handle and maintain confidential information.
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
- Good analytical and exceptional customer experience skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Working experience in using office equipment.
- Ability to resolve the clients’ issues promptly.
- Good data entry skills.
Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 / Month.
