Job Summary
- The Senior Manager of Technology and Business Integration will play a pivotal role in aligning our technological capabilities with our business goals.
- This role demands a visionary leader who can bridge the gap between technology and business strategy, driving innovation, efficiency, and competitive advantage.
- The ideal candidate will possess a robust blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership skills to steer cross-functional teams toward achieving organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement technology strategies that align with business goals.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of innovation.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define and prioritize technology initiatives.
Project Management:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology projects.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and
- Implement project management best practices and continuous improvement processes.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of technology professionals.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
- Conduct performance reviews, set objectives, and provide continuous feedback and support.
Business Integration:
- Partner with business leaders to understand their needs and translate them into technicalrequirements.
- Drive the integration of technology solutions into business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
Technology Operations:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, ensuring systems are reliable, secure, and scalable.
- Manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards.
Risk Management and Compliance:
- Identify, assess, and mitigate technology-related risks.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity measures.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or a relevant master’s degree is highly desirable.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 – 10 years of experience in technology management, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects.
- Experience in strategic planning and execution.
Technical Skills:
- Deep understanding of software development,
- IT infrastructure, and emerging technologies.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices.
Business Acumen:
- Strong understanding of business processes and how technology can drive business success.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience in budget management and financial planning.
Leadership Skills:
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence and drive change across the organization.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2), IT service management (ITIL), or relevant technology areas.
- Experience in digital transformation initiatives. Background in the specific industry of the hiring organization (e.g., printing & branding, software development, digital promotion )
Salary
N150,000 – N300,000 Monthly.
