Job Description
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to oversee daily operations at our modern lounge and restaurant.
- The ideal candidate will ensure that guests have an exceptional experience, manage staff efficiently, and maintain high standards of service and ambiance.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Management: Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth running of both the restaurant (daytime) and lounge (nighttime) activities.
- Staff Supervision: Recruit, train, and manage staff. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and support.
- Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining excellent service standards and addressing any complaints or issues promptly.
- Financial Management: Monitor budgets, control costs, and ensure financial targets are met. Prepare reports on sales, labor, and inventory.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the lounge, including social media campaigns and local promotions.
- Event Coordination: Manage and coordinate events such as breakfast meetings, group dining, and date nights.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a manager in the hospitality industry, preferably in a lounge or restaurant setting.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Salary
- N200,000 monthly.
