Job Description

  • We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Assistant Manager to support the Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of their modern lounge and restaurant.
  • The Assistant Manager will help ensure a high-quality experience for all guests and assist in managing staff and operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Management: Assist the Manager in daily operational tasks and take charge in their absence.
  • Staff Coordination: Help manage, train, and schedule staff to ensure optimal performance and service.
  • Customer Interaction:Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Inventory Control: Assist in monitoring inventory levels and placing orders to ensure the lounge and restaurant are well-stocked.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain service quality standards and ensure that the ambiance aligns with the establishment’s theme.
  • Financial Duties: Assist in budget management, financial reporting, and cost control.
  • Event Support: Aid in planning and executing events and special occasions hosted at the lounge.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic financial management skills.
  • Flexible availability to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Knowledge of hospitality health and safety standards.

Salary

  • N120,000 monthly.
