Job Description
- We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Assistant Manager to support the Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of their modern lounge and restaurant.
- The Assistant Manager will help ensure a high-quality experience for all guests and assist in managing staff and operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Management: Assist the Manager in daily operational tasks and take charge in their absence.
- Staff Coordination: Help manage, train, and schedule staff to ensure optimal performance and service.
- Customer Interaction:Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Inventory Control: Assist in monitoring inventory levels and placing orders to ensure the lounge and restaurant are well-stocked.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain service quality standards and ensure that the ambiance aligns with the establishment’s theme.
- Financial Duties: Assist in budget management, financial reporting, and cost control.
- Event Support: Aid in planning and executing events and special occasions hosted at the lounge.
Qualifications
- Experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic financial management skills.
- Flexible availability to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Knowledge of hospitality health and safety standards.
Salary
- N120,000 monthly.
