Job Brief

  • Our client seeks to recruit energetic, result oriented, self-motivated and well-focused Business Development Manager with an execellent communication skill.
  • The person will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients

Job Summary

  • Prospect and qualify leads, generating interest garment factory’s products and services.
  • Ability to meet sales target worth of at least 50million monthly
  • Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company objectives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
  • Maintain the required level of the relevant domain (industry) knowledge to have meaningful conversations with prospects
  • Provide feedback to company management on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extending company offerings
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum of 4-5 years work experience as a Business Development Manager in a Fashion Manufacturing Unit , is an added advantage
  • *Strong Communication Skills is a plus
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth objectives.

  • Ability to meet and surpass sales target monthly
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Present our company to potential clients
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, minimal supervision, prioritize workload and meet deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy
  • Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Self-motivated, self-directed, mature, ambitious, intelligent, articulate and knowledgeable.
  • Proven ability to do consultative and concept selling.

Salary
N220,000- N250,000 per month.
