Job Title: IT Infrastructure Intern

Role Description
- This is a full-time IT Infrastructure Intern role at Lotus Beta Analytics located in Lagos, with flexibility for some remote work.
- As an IT Infrastructure Intern, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day tasks related to managing and maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring network equipment, performing system backups, and assisting with IT projects.
- You will work closely with the IT team to ensure the smooth operation of the company’s IT systems and infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure components such as servers, networks, and storage systems
- Knowledge of operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux), network protocols (e.g., TCP/IP), and database systems (e.g., MySQL, Oracle)
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity and data protection principles
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
