Job Title: Executive Assistant

Responsibilities
- Manage the executive’s calendar, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Arrange travel plans, itineraries, and accommodations for the executive.
- Serve as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments and with external partners.
Requirements
- OND in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Salary
N100,000 monthly.
