Job Description

  • The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Lead Sales Team: Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of individual and team sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing client needs and concerns.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities, trends, and competitive activity.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting performance, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Sales Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the sales department, ensuring efficient processes and procedures are in place.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with clients and close deals effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and company profitability.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing and finance, to support overall business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in sales management software and CRM systems.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and data.

Salary
N400,000 Monthly.
