Job Description
- The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and revenue goals.
- Lead Sales Team: Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of individual and team sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing client needs and concerns.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities, trends, and competitive activity.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting performance, challenges, and opportunities.
- Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Sales Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the sales department, ensuring efficient processes and procedures are in place.
- Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with clients and close deals effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and company profitability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing and finance, to support overall business objectives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Proficiency in sales management software and CRM systems.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Salary
N400,000 Monthly.
