Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and creative Web Designer to join our team. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing visually appealing and user-friendly websites. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging digital experiences that meet our clients’ needs.
Responsibilities:
– Design and develop responsive websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
– Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing graphics and layouts – Conduct user research to understand user needs and preferences
– Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas
– Implement design changes based on feedback from stakeholders
– Optimize websites for speed and performance
– Ensure websites are accessible and adhere to web standards and best practices
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
Requirements:
– Proven work experience as a Web Designer or similar role
– Proficient in web development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript
– Strong graphic design skills with an eye for aesthetics and attention to detail
– Experience with React, SCSS, AJAX, Telerik, and MailChimp is a plus
– Familiarity with usability principles and user-centered design
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills
– Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
