Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Prepare powerpoint slides.
  • Manage and organize emails, schedules, and appointments efficiently.
  • Conduct internet research and compile data as required.
  • Assist with social media management and content scheduling.
  • Handle basic administrative tasks such as data entry and document preparation.
  • Provide excellent customer service through email correspondence.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suites, particularly Powerpoint or excel
  • Must be able to prepare powerpoint slides
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in administrative roles preferred.
  • Preferably looking for students or recent graduates.
  • Must have an interest in working in the media industry.
  • Must possess a laptop and access to the internet.
