Job Summary

  • We are looking for a resourceful and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and generating leads, developing strategic partnerships, building relationships with potential clients, and closing high-value sales deals.
  • As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
  • This role offers the opportunity to showcase your sales expertise and make a significant impact on our company’s success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and profitability goals.
  • Prospect and qualify new leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ activities.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, pipeline activity, and market trends.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in sales roles, preferably in the copper industry or a related field (minimum of 2 years).
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, best practices, and market dynamics.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (a plus).
  • Experience in international trade (a plus).
  • Fluency in English and additional languages (a plus).
  • Must be a self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally (as needed).
