About the role
As our Product Engineer, you will be a key leader on our engineering team. You will focus on scaling our product so we’re in a position to support 100,000+ customers. You will grow to become an owner of one or two high-level outcomes (e.g. reducing support tickets, app usage and growth, phone service availability).

You will…
- Participate in designing the best product for our customers, being an active voice in the decision of what to build and why, rather than receiving already-polished tickets
- Follow best practices, including accompanying (nearly) every PR with tests
- Build, and deploy features end-to-end making a significant impact on our company goals and our product
- Own key product metrics, like % of customers who take a certain action within the app
- Support your team by participating in thoughtful code reviews and feedback sessions
You are…
- Experienced with 6+ years of engineering experience
- Well-versed across the stack from using Typescript to Python
- Collaborative and enjoy working with multiple teams
- An Excellent Communicator with native or close to-native English skills
- Results-driven and enjoy a fast-paced environment. Startup experience is necessary
- Passionate About Learning open to new domains or technology; you’re willing to dive into documentation/videos, talk to your teammates, and experiment to become well-versed
The salary range for this role is from $100,000 to $150,000/year
