About the role

As our Product Engineer, you will be a key leader on our engineering team. You will focus on scaling our product so we’re in a position to support 100,000+ customers. You will grow to become an owner of one or two high-level outcomes (e.g. reducing support tickets, app usage and growth, phone service availability).

Typescript/Javascript, React, Python/Django

You will…

  • Participate in designing the best product for our customers, being an active voice in the decision of what to build and why, rather than receiving already-polished tickets
  • Follow best practices, including accompanying (nearly) every PR with tests
  • Build, and deploy features end-to-end making a significant impact on our company goals and our product
  • Own key product metrics, like % of customers who take a certain action within the app
  • Support your team by participating in thoughtful code reviews and feedback sessions

You are…

  • Experienced with 6+ years of engineering experience
  • Well-versed across the stack from using Typescript to Python
  • Collaborative and enjoy working with multiple teams
  • An Excellent Communicator with native or close to-native English skills
  • Results-driven and enjoy a fast-paced environment. Startup experience is necessary
  • Passionate About Learning open to new domains or technology; you’re willing to dive into documentation/videos, talk to your teammates, and experiment to become well-versed

The salary range for this role is from $100,000 to $150,000/year
