Job Description
- We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to join our team in Okebola, Ibadan. You will provide exceptional administrative and operational support, ensuring the smooth running of daily activities.
- Schedule: Monday – Saturday
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Arrange travel and logistics
- Handle communication (phone calls, emails, inquiries)
- Prepare presentations and documents
- Manage expense reports
- Coordinate meetings and events
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Research and provide information as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or similar administrative role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Discretion and professionalism essential
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Salary
- N100,000 – N120,000 per month (commensurate with experience)
