About the role:

The Administrative Assistant will report to the Head of Creative and will be responsible for project timeline management and operational administration to support the Creative Strategy Team. They will also be responsible for helping to roll out processes, flagging issues, and helping to onboard new employees. This person should be comfortable working in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Creative Team to identify and mitigate challenges that result in delivery delays.
  • Support onboarding of new strategists and campaigns.
  • Construct and manage daily schedules and advise on progress/roadblocks in projects.
  • Work with the Creative Team to coordinate project launches, including receiving client assets and spinning up new client teams.
  • Update and maintain shared team reference documents.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders/vendors to secure project assets
  • Work with the Creative Team to create and implement processes to ensure both creative and technical excellence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 1-3 years of experience working in the digital space
  • Experience working with scheduling and project management tools, such as Accelo, Asana, Monday.com, Tettra, and Google Workspace
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Excel for database maintenance and reporting purposes
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills; able to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to a fast paced environment
  • Knowledge or understanding of production budgeting preferred but not required
  • Strong project management skills preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of social media and digital marketing platforms
