Responsibilities:
- Answering professional calls and emails when they arrive.
- Responding to questions and requests from customers and guaranteeing high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborating with multiple internal teams to guarantee accurate and timely order delivery and processing.
- Raising customer complaints as necessary.
- Arranging data and producing in-depth consumer insights to improve the efficiency and productivity of sales forces.
- Supporting the sales team with important planning and operations duties in order to further the business’s overarching goal.
- Achievement Effective goal-setting, creating sales incentives to support corporate goals, and defining and analyzing the area are all part of planning for maximum sales effectiveness.
- Delivering competitive and superior offers to the sales team in order to support pricing and contracts.
- Monitoring and analysing key sales and business performance indicators and trends to drive strategic and tactical business decisions and also coordinating and ensuring accuracy of sales forecasts.
- Ensuring Sales process adoption and compliance and also identifying opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency.
Requirements:
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Customer Service or Sales Operations / Sales Support role, ideally within the Ecommerce / Marketplaces, IT Services and Other Services industry.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
