- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resource and Admin Manager to join our team in the Food & Beverages industry.
- As the Human Resource and Admin Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the effective functioning of our organization.
- You will be responsible for overseeing all human resource activities as well as managing the administrative functions.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions
- Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Maintain employee records and manage payroll processing
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and issues
- Develop and maintain employee training programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Oversee the performance management process and facilitate employee development plans
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and initiatives to foster a positive work environment
- Manage the daily administrative operations, including office supplies, facilities, and vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and implement workplace safety programs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as an HR and admin manager, preferably in the food & beverages industry
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices
- Strong recruitment and interviewing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in HRIS and payroll systems
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Salary Range
N200,000 – N300,000 / Month
