Our client, a leading digital marketing agency with over 20 years on the market working with Fortune 500 companies, renowned for its innovative solutions across multiple platforms, is seeking a Part-time Marketing Assistant with a firm grasp of Shopify.

Starting as a part-time engagement with the potential of ramping up to full-time based on performance, this role is integral for someone adept at managing daily communications with clients, ensuring project updates are delivered promptly, and overall client satisfaction is maintained.

The ideal candidate will possess generalized marketing experience, have worked with North American clients, and understand basic SEO principles. Responsibilities include relaying client feedback to the team, participating in client meetings, and effectively taking notes. Starting as a part-time role, there is a potential for growth based on performance. The successful candidate will be fluent in English, professional, presentable, and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM – 1 PM EST

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Communication: Own daily communications with clients, providing updates on projects and maintaining satisfaction.
  • Feedback Coordination: Communicate client feedback or requests back to the team to ensure project alignment with client expectations.
  • Client Meetings: Participate in client meetings, taking detailed notes to capture client needs and feedback accurately.
  • SEO Understanding: Apply basic SEO knowledge to contribute to discussions and strategies where relevant.
  • Client Relations: Foster strong client relationships, contributing to client success and long-term partnerships.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Effective and timely communication with clients, ensuring they are informed and satisfied with the project’s progress.
  • Seamless collaboration between clients and the internal team, with feedback and requests communicated clearly.
  • Active participation in client meetings, with accurate note-taking that contributes to project success.
  • Positive contribution to the agency’s marketing efforts through an excellent understanding of Shopify and client-focused strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing client communications and maintaining strong client relationships, preferably with North American clients.
  • Proficiency in Shopify and a solid understanding of its functionalities.
  • Generalized marketing experience, with a basic understanding of SEO principles, is desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, fluency in English, and a professional demeanor.
