Job Description
- The 3D Rendering Supervisor oversees the production of high-quality 3D visualizations, ensures efficient workflow of the rendering team, and maintains the highest standards of creative output.
- This role involves supervising the team, managing projects, and collaborating with other departments to deliver visually compelling and technically accurate renderings.
Responsibilities
Leadership and Management:
- Lead and manage the 3D rendering team, including hiring, training, and evaluating team members.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
Workflow and Task Management:
- Assign tasks and manage the workflow to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to meet project deadlines.
Quality Control:
- Review and critique the work of the rendering team to ensure high-quality output.
- Implement and maintain quality control processes.
Project Planning:
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to define project requirements and objectives.
- Develop project timelines and milestones.
Client Communication:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding 3D rendering projects.
- Present and explain renderings to clients, incorporating feedback as necessary.
Resource Allocation:
- Manage resources effectively to meet project demands, including hardware, software, and personnel.
- Ensure the rendering team has the tools and resources needed to perform their tasks.
Technical Expertise:
- Stay updated on the latest 3D rendering software, tools, and techniques.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the rendering team.
Creative Direction:
- Ensure that all renderings meet the creative vision and technical standards of the company.
- Collaborate with other creative departments (e.g., design, animation) to align on project goals.
Problem-Solving:
- Address and resolve technical issues that arise during the rendering process.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in 3D Design, Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in 3D rendering, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality 3D renderings on time and within budget.
Skills:
- Proficiency in 3D rendering software (e.g., 3ds Max, V-Ray, Maya, Blender).
- Strong understanding of lighting, shading, texturing, and composition.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality.
- Creative and innovative mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Salary
N100,000 / Month.
